All payments are due upfront. Madalynne accepts all major credit cards PayPal, Woopay, Apple Pay.
Madalynne.com offer afterpay for installment payments
Madalynne.com does not accept cash.
Refunds + Exchanges
Because DIY kits, fabrics, elastics, and other products are cut specifically for each DIY kit and order, refunds are not available unless an item is damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, please email hello@madalynne.com. In the event that an item is returned, Madalynne will provide a shipping label. A refund will be issued once the package has been scanned or returned to Madalynne.

Intellectual Property
All Madalynne patterns are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial or business purposes.
If you wish to use any pattern for business purposes, we offer a flat licensing fee. Please email hello@madalynne.comfor more details.
Shipping + Delivery Times
Madalynne ships worldwide via USPS. If you live outside of the U.S. and would like information or rates for DHL or FedEx shipping, please email hello@madalynne.com.
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation from Madalynne Intimates. Please check your spam and promotions folders. Madalynne uses a third-party shipping service. When your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive another email from GoShippo with tracking information. If you receive this email, it means your order has been dropped off at the post office the next business day.
USPS does not always scan packages, so your tracking may show “Pre-transit” or no activity for several days. This may mean your package will not be scanned until it reaches its final destination. Customers may contact USPS directly for additional information. Madalynne does not contact USPS on behalf of customers and does not issue refunds or replacements for lost, delayed, or missing packages.
