Achieve a smooth, sculpted silhouette with the Annabelle Shapewear Waspie & Underbust Kit —a variation of Madalynne’s corset pattern that blends compression and comfort. Each kit comes with a high-quality compression fabric. Bonus – this variation follows the same sewing steps as the original Annabelle but with a few key modifications.

Prevents bra bands from rolling up
When wearing activewear shorts, prevent the the waist from rolling down,
Smooths back rolls
Offers waist cinching/shaping that looks natural

Changes to the original Annabelle pattern:

• Instead of traditional binding, fold over elastic is used along the top and bottom edges
• The back closure has a hook-and-eye tape instead of grommets/lace up.
• Additionally, all seams are sewn with right sides together, keeping the boning channels hidden for a smooth look under clothing.

Because this garment is intended for wear and washing, the kits come with plastic boning. Unlike steel boning, plastic is durable and flexible but doesn’t rust.
