Madalynne ships to all countries via USPS. If you live outside the U.S. and would like information or rates about shipping via DHL or FedEx, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation from Madalynne Intimates. Please be sure to check spam and promotions folder. Madalynne uses a third party for shipping. When your order is packed and ready for shipping, you will receive another email from GoShippo with tracking information. Again, please be sure to check spam and promotions folder. If you received the email from GoShippo, that means your order was dropped off at the post office the next business day.
Due to the pandemic and increase in online ordering, USPS continues to experience delays. Please note that because USPS is overwhelmed, it doesn’t always scan packages. So packages may show in “Pre-transit” or may not not show any activity days or weeks. This could mean that it won’t get scanned until it reaches its final destination. Customers can reach out to USPS to receive more information. Madalynne does not reach out on behalf of customers. If a package is showing “Pre-transit” 45 business days after label has been created, please email email@example.com to discuss a replacement.
Refunds are not available unless items are damaged due to the fact that ready made products are made to order based on individual measurements, and fabrics and trims are cut for each DIY kit. If an item is damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. In the event that an item is returned, Madalynne will send a shipping label. A refund will be issued once the package is scanned or returned back to Madalynne.
