If you’re like me, then you’re a visual learner. Give me written directions and it will be like pulling teeth trying to follow them. I learn better through observation. This is exactly why I feel a need to offer video tutorials for 2 of my new lingerie patterns, the Madalynne X Simplcity 8436 partial band underwire bra and the Madalynne X Simplicity 8437 strapless bra. What about a video tutorial for the 8435 bodysuit? Except for the center front placket and the snap crotch, it’s a really quick sew. For those two operations, I plan to post a photo tutorial on how to put together soon.

Where can I watch the tutorial? How is this different than the pattern instructions?
The tutorial is on both my YouTube channel and Thinkific page. The pattern comes with instructions, but in this video, I’ll walk you through each step and include additional tips and tricks, like how to apply silicone backed elastic, which comes from my kits. 

Where can I get the supplies so I can start ASAP?
Hop on over to my webshop to purchase the 8437 pattern and the kit. You’ll get enough fabric and trims to make both the bra and the matching thong as well as additional hardware like rings and sliders, hooks and strap elastic to make adjustable/convertible straps. Do I need to pay? Does it cost money?
I originally planned for it to be a paid tutorial like the 8228 panty, but there were some hiccups in the editing and it doesn’t feel right for me to charge for something that I don’t think is up to par. The video definitely gets the point across and you WILL learn each and every step, but it’s not as visually pleasing as my other video work. So lucky you, this one’s on the house!
