Blush Barrett: My (and Eryn of Style Sew Me) New Favorite Nude Bralette

When it comes to discussing ways to improve your and my lingerie collection, the conversation trends towards adding any and all things lacy. Throw away that year old bra that’s stretched out like crazy and replace it with something fresh and new! Truth be told – I’ll never say no to a new fancy-schmancy bralette or undie, but my underoo collection needs a touch of simplicity. Sure, pretty lingerie is an easy way to make me feel put together underneath it all, but day in and day out, you can usually find me in jeans or a skirt with a pretty basic blouse.

Ladies, is it too much to ask for both comfort and cute? I say no. Yes, call me bias, but the answer is the blush pink Barrett bralette. The silhouette is simple – just a vertical cup seam and side seams with shiny straps. Basic, right? Not too fussy with tons of seaming that would show through a t-shirt or blouse, am I correct? The blush pink metallic/shimmering fabric take it up a notch however. If you opt for the blush pink Barrett with rhinestone sliders, like Eryn Shields did of Sew Style Me, it truly is both comfy, cute and everyday chic. So much so that it is OKAY to make it visible intimates. Let those bra straps show!
