Bra Making with Madalynne Takes Local Lingerie Boutique, Expect Lace
Because variety is the spice of life (psssttt… so is lingerie), Bra Making with Madalynne was a little different this month. Instead of having it at Madalynne Studios, the class was held at Expect Lace, a local lingerie boutique that recently started carrying Madalynne’s ready made items (click here to read my review here). With over 10 years experience, owner Shaw Lewis is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to lingerie and when she first proposed the idea, it was a no brainer. Before and after the workshop as well as during lunch, students were able to ask Shaw questions, browse and shop the store and get a bra fitting.
Mary was a repeat student, attending for the second time to learn how to make the Barrett Bralette. She and the other students killed it, all finishing before the end of the day. A huge thank you to Shaw for hosting us and a huge thank you to all the ladies who attended!
