Cozy & Cute: Bralette Giveaway with Madison Brunner
Hello Madalynne readers! This week, I’ve partnered with Maddie to host a giveaway featuring my newest favorite bralette. Before I get started, a little bit about me…
I am a twenty something style blogger, posting my favorite outfits and inspirations on my website and instagram. I have a soft spots for coffee (iced or hot), warm weather and a good pair of boots. Oh, and also super soft (and wearable!) intimates like the Nina halter bralette ; )
I discovered Madalynne Intimates recently and was taken aback by the brand and all it stands for. Every item is designed in Philadelphia and sewn in Brooklyn, New York. Being made in the USA is important to Maddie, who is adamant about supporting local businesses while still offering a quality product.
Quality is the first word that came to mind when I got my hands on the Nina halter bralette. The lace is super soft and it is lined in stretch mesh to add support as well as prevent anything from *ahem* showing through. Are you large chested and think that you can’t wear a bralette? Think again. If you lurk some of her old Instagram photos, you’ll see small and larger chest ladies rocking the Nina. You can also find her pieces, like the Serena long sleeve lace bodysuit, at Anthropologie and BHLDN.
If you didn’t think designing was enough, Maddie also offers sewing kits for her 5 patterns with Simplicity and teaches 1-day intensive workshops out of her super cool studio in Philadelphia (there is one spot left at her December class!). Seriously, this girl is superwoman. “I just try to give back” is what Maddie says.
With sweater weather approaching, I’ve been searching for a halter bralette, preferably high neck, that I can flaunt under a chunky sweater. I finally found it in early November with Madalynne’s collection. The Nina halter bralette is perfect because the high neck pops under loose sweaters, creating the perfect comfy and detailed look. It also is a great layering piece as the temperatures drop.
I style the Nina halter bralette with my favorite off-the-shoulder sweaters and a layered necklace for a cozy yet elevated outfit. With its versatility, there are so many ways to wear this piece. Some of my other favorite looks are worn under a button-down shirt, and even as a crop top in the summer. I chose the blush color, but I’m loving the white, black and lavender Nina’s too.
Maddie was so kind to host a giveaway. I’m so excited to collaborate with a local girl boss.
