Let’s Talk Bras: Join Me At Brooklyn Craft Company

This summer is going to be cray cray around these parts. In June, I’m jetting off to California to teach at Mimi G’s Sewing Conference, and in August, I’ll be making a very sentimental trip to Lake Okoboji. My mom grew up in Sioux City, but spent her summers on the lake. Lace Okoboji is a new boutique that will be selling Madalynne Intimates and I’ll be having a trunk show at the shop. In between planning and coordinating those two events, there’s another. On Thursday, July 20th, I’ll be teaming up with Brooklyn Craft Company to host “Let’s Talk Bras.” We’ll be celebrating the launch of my 3 new patterns with Simplicity (lite bites and refreshments – yes, yes!) and I’ll also be giving a discussion on sewing bras. I’ll cover common do’s and don’ts, an overview of proper body measurement, fabrics and trims, lacing, and more. We’ll also have pattern giveaways and a Q&A. BCC will be selling my patterns and I’ll be selling my lingerie kits during the event. This event is free (and starts at 6:00PM), but you must RSVP here. You will be taken through the checkout process to complete your reservation, but you will not be charged!
