My House Tour with Apartment Therapy
It seems like forever, but it was only 4 years when I moved from my very college-esque apartment in West Philly to a slightly smaller than 500 square foot condominium in Old City. I was just 26 and gulped at the thought of putting a down payment and having a mortgage. However, I was excited to have something that was my own and to be able to decorate it exactly how I wanted. When I moved in, it was the definition of a cookie cutter space. You can see the before photos here and here. It took a good year and a lot of time on Pinterest to transform it into something that was uniquely me.
Last week, I was honored to have it featured on Apartment Therapy as part of their house tour series. I get into all the details of the renovations, the furniture, the decor on their website, so hop on over and check it out. A huge thank you to the AP team for featuring my “chateau” and a huge thank you to Carina of Love Me Do Photography for the beautiful photos.
You definitely pay attention to the details. Congratulations on your lovely home! Karen
Thank you for the compliment!
Editing down to the best details was important as well. I don’t like clutter and wanted a serene space.
Thank you so much Athena! Thank you for sharing your beautiful heart. Thank you for seeing women who always feel invisible, unlovable, without purpose. Your wonderful blessing will help so many.
