3 yards fold over elastic, ⅜” and ¾”
1 yard wide band elastic, 1 ⅝” yards wide
1.25 yards black satin ribbon
1 yard black scallop lace
1.5 yards bow bouquet embroidered tulle lace
1 yard shoulder strap elastic
