A Very Merry Bra Making with Madalynne
There have been a few snowflakes this season, but just a coating here and there that didn’t ‘stick’ around for too long. Philly’s first true snowfall happened last Saturday, December 9th, at the last workshop of 2017. I know it sounds cliche, but it truly was the best (and merriest) way to close out yet another successful year of teaching. There were locals as well as one lucky lady who came all the way from Texas to attend. You should have seen her reaction to the snow that didn’t let up until about 4pm that day. It’s like a kid on Christmas morning. Everyone made a simple bralette with triangle cups and 2 flounces. It’s a pattern that – fingers crossed – will be released as both a RTW item and pattern in January. Slighty sparkly, it was festive, but not too festive and will make a great sewing project or gift come Valentine’s Day.
So thank you to everyone who made my 23rd workshop a total success. I ended on a high note and am pumped for 2018! Did you check out the schedule yet? There’s lots in store, like the release of a NEW underwire bra pattern in February – click here to sign up now!
