Madalynne X Creativebug: Lingerie + Bra Making Video Tutorial Sneak Peek

Before Sewing Lessons of Redwood City and I decided to partner on a satellite Bra Making with Madalynne workshop (you can read the recap and see all the photos here), the folks at Creativebug and I had something in the works. Something that until now, I’ve wanted to share, but haven’t been able to. Now I can! Woo!

Last week, Tuesday through Thursday to be exact, I was in their studio filming 3 tutorials. As a visual person, I need pictures and videos in order to grasp something. Give me written directions and I’ll through them in the garbage. That is why for my newest pattern with Simplicity, the 8711, I came out with this complete guide that walks covers pattern making, cutting, sewing, pattern alterations and more with tons of photos. Now, taking photos is something I can handle, but video… that’s a different beast. Between the sound and the lighting… it really takes a team to produce the quality that I would want to put out. That’s why I’m so stoked about the CB X Madalynne partnership.
